School Meals

During morning and lunch breaks students can use the school cafeteria. Students are welcome to bring food from home or can purchase food from the school cafeteria. Food from home should comply with the School’s Food and Drinks Policy which can be found on the policies webpage https://www.allertonhigh.org.uk/policy-documents/110.html

Chartwells

Food in our school cafeteria is provided by an external catering team, Chartwells. Chartwell’s provide a selection of hot and cold food, including meals, sandwiches, desserts and drinks. They cater for a variety of dietary requirements including vegan, vegetarian and halal. Menus are rotated on a three-weekly basis and change seasonally.

We encourage parents/carers to add money to their child’s Chartwell's account for the school cafeteria via ParentPay. This allows a smooth running of the cafeteria and helps us work towards being a cashless school. However, students can also bring in cash (both coins and notes) and add this to their account via the wall-mounted machines on the ground floor.
