Each student is assigned a mixed Year 12 and 13 coaching group and is expected to attend a 30 minute coaching session twice weekly; this is alongside a 1 to 1 coaching session each half term.
During each coaching session students will be guided through a variety of tasks to develop a range of skills including strategy, challenge, debate and reflection. Coaching also provides the opportunity to celebrate success.
During their 1 to 1 coaching session each student will have a guided conversation with their coach to discuss their progress, set targets/goals and plan how to acheive these.
The curriculum in the sixth form offers students support in applying to university or moving into employment.
